What we’re trying to do
Our community programs help people become able to do the work. Our client engagements tell us what the work actually requires this year, not three years ago. Our talent network puts those two things in the same room.
Each part would be weaker alone. The curriculum would drift from reality, the consulting would struggle to staff, and talent recommendations would rest on interviews rather than on having watched someone build something.
We’re a small team and we intend to stay close to the work. Growth for us means depth in Denver and more people reached online.

We’ll recommend doing less when less is right, and tell people honestly where they stand. Getting that right is the whole business.
Proof over credentials
What someone has built and can explain tells us more than where they studied. We run our programs and our own hiring that way.
Local, and open
We’re rooted in Denver, and most of what we do is open to anyone, anywhere. Membership pays for depth, not for entry.
