Do I need a membership to attend events?
No. Many events are free and open to everyone. Paid workshops are discounted or free for Professional and Career accelerator members.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships can be cancelled before they renew. You can manage or cancel your membership yourself from the link in your welcome email.
I’m completely new to technology. Is this for me?
Yes — and we’ll be straightforward with you about the timeline. A career change usually takes a year or more of steady work. The learning paths start from fundamentals, and mentorship exists precisely for people doing this for the first time.
How do refunds work for paid events?
You get a full refund if you cancel at least seven days before the event. Closer to the date, we can move your place to a future event. If we cancel an event, everyone is refunded automatically.
How do members get the member price for events?
Register with the same email address you used for your membership. The member price is applied automatically at checkout.
